Blue Zones Project will be popping up at Wine Down Wednesday on Wednesday, September 25th! Learn more about how Fort Wort was moved from 185th to the 31st healthiest city in the nation. Fresh snacks and swag will be available after the yoga class.
Join us at 6pm for a FREE one hour-yoga class taught by instructors from REI! Enjoy wine and drink specials at Taco Diner, Tricky Fish and Piattello afterwards.
Class is located on the patio deck in the Lower Grove between the RiverVue apartments. Parking is available in the garage located under REI. Entrance is off Arborlawn. Open to all levels of yoga participants! Please bring your own mat and water.
In the event of inclement weather, the yoga class will be moved to REI’s community room located at the back of their store.
